Reservations:
- We confirm the reservation only upon receiving of a 30% deposit of the total amount via bank transfer.
- Cancellations are free up to 30 days before the arrival date: in case of cancellation less than 30 days before the check-in date, we will keep the deposit.
- By making the deposit, the customer declares to have read, understood and accepted the booking and cancellation terms.
- In case of delayed arrival or early departure, 100% of the previously agreed and booked stay will still be charged.
- Accepted payments: Cash, Cards, and Bank Transfer.

Cancellation Conditions according to Art. 1382 C.C.:
- Up to 60 days before the agreed arrival date, the hotel contract can be canceled by the customer or by the person who made the reservation.
- In case of cancellation by the customer or the person who made the reservation in the period from the 60th day before the agreed date of arrival and the day of arrival itself, a penalty sum in the following amount is due:
- Cancellation from 60 days to 8 days before the arrival date: 70% of the total agreed price
- Cancellation less than 8 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total agreed price
- In case of non-arrival for the agreed period, the customer or the person who made the reservation is obligated to pay the amount corresponding to the total agreed price.
- In case of early departure, delayed arrival, or non-receipt of the booked accommodation by the customer, the person who made the reservation is obliged to pay for the services consumed until the departure day and the amount corresponding to the total agreed price for the remaining unused services. Communication according to Part III, Title III, Chapter I of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code)
